COTW 05/01: A 74-year-old female with right shoulder pain after fall.

73-year-old female past medical history lymphoma, COPD on home oxygen, osteoporosis presents for worsening right shoulder pain. Patient was seen in the emergency department yesterday after tripping over her oxygen tank and landing onto her right shoulder. Patient sustained a right clavicular fracture, was placed in a sling and discharged home with pain medications. Patient returned today for worsening pain.
