COTW 03/28: A 74-year-old male with a “bump” in his right pelvic area.

74-year-old male with PMH of Prostate CA s/p radiation, HIV, who presents with a chief concern of right abdominal/pelvic pain. Then a little later in the afternoon, patient lifted heavy object and shortly thereafter noticed a bulge present in his right groin. Denies prior episodes like this, no other known abdominal surgeries.
